Rural Recovery Network

The Rural Recovery Network (RRN) is a state-funded program for medication-assisted treatment (MAT) and opioid addiction recovery. Its mission is to help those struggling with opioid addiction in the San Luis Valley (Alamosa, Conejos, Costilla, Rio Grande, Mineral, Saguache, and Custer counties) and Arkansas Valley (Fremont and Otero counties). The program comprises healthcare providers and community organizations that will work together to support you on your journey.

Our providers know it can be intimidating to realize you need to seek treatment for opioid addiction. You might feel like you’ve got a mountain to climb – without a map, a trail, or a guide! But you do not have to face it alone. Our staff will work with you to find the best course of treatment on your road to recovery.

Call today, and we will work together to put you on the path to addiction recovery!

For San Luis Valley residents: (719) 588-2786

For Otero or Fremont County residents: (719) 469-4369
