   1. Consider approval of the release of the Bond (Letter of Credit) for Arkansas River Farms LLC for Farm 60A, upon confirmation that all permit conditions and the “Revegetation Classification Standards and Special Conditions for 1041 Permits” have been satisfied, and authorize the Chair to sign the Release of Bond letter.
   2. Consider approval of the 1041 Permit for Three Corners Connector, LLC (a Grid United Company), including issuance of the Permit and adoption of the associated stipulations and conditions for the construction of 47.7 miles of high-voltage direct current (HVDC) transmission line within Otero County, as set forth in the final permit document date February 23, 2026, and authorize the Chair to sign.
