1. Call to Order:  A quorum being present, the meeting was called to order by P. Yoder.
2. Public Notice Posting (Pursuant to C.R.S. 25-1-509(2)(f), C.R.S. 24-6-402 (2)(c)(I), & C.R.S. 24-6-402(2)(c)(III)):  The 2025 BOH meeting schedule was posted on the BOH website on 1/27/2025, and this agenda was posted in the designated public locations in all OCHD offices and on the BOH website on 3/20/2025.
3. Public Comment:  There were no public comments for items not on the agenda.
4. Consent Agenda (ACTION ITEM)
   1. Approval of Minutes
      1. 1/28/2025 Regular BOH Meeting (Previously sent on 1/29/2025 & 3/19/2025)
   2. Approval of Consent Agenda and Approval/Ratification of Items Therein: R. Nelson moved to approve the consent agenda and ratify the items therein, L. Hart seconded, motion carried.

6. New Business
   1. Budget (Pursuant to C.R.S. 25-1-508 (5)(k) & C.R.S. 25-1-511 (3))
      1. Financial Summary Report
         1. January 2025
            1. Revenues: $104,502.35
            2. Expenditures: $247,628.19
            3. Deficit: $143,125.84
            4. Fund Balance: $3,679,328.56
         2. February 2025
            1. Revenues: $18,383.87
            2. Expenditures: $175,898.08
            3. Deficit: $157,514.21
            4. Fund Balance: $3,521,814.35
      2. Approval of Expenditures (ACTION ITEM):  L. Hart moved to approve the January 2025 & February 2025 expenditures in the amounts of $247,628.19 & $175,898.08 respectively, R. Nelson seconded, motion carried.
         1. 2024 WIC Food Voucher Redemption Amount:  The 2024 amount redeemed by participants within the OCHD’s WIC Compass system was $752,450.40.
7. Program Reports: There were no program reports.
8. Executive Session: Not requested nor required.
9. Adjournment: With no further business, P. Yoder adjourned the meeting.
