- Request for Proposals (RFP) – Otero County Road & Bridge Facilities Post Fire Redevelopment for shop, office, and storage facilities released November 24, 2025. The RFP document will be posted on the County website and available in the Commissioners’ Office. The submission deadline is January 29, 2026.
- Otero County offices and Landfill will be closed on Thursday, November 27th, and Friday, November 28th, and Saturday, November 29th, in observance of the Thanksgiving Holiday.
- Final Budget Presentation – December 8th, 2025, at the 1:30 Public Hearing
