This functionality allows you to perform an eligibility screening for food assistance, cash assistance, and family and children's medical assistance programs. This tool is ideal for people who want to assess whether they might be eligible before beginning the application process. None of the personal information of the person using the tool is captured and stored which makes the process very private for the person entering the information.

Check My Benefits
This functionality allows you to check the status of your current benefits. For security reasons, you must establish a user profile. You must know your Case ID number in order to complete your profile. The Case ID number always begins with 1B and is 7 characters long. Once your profile is created you can log in and check the status of your benefits.
(You will not be able to check the status of your application If you have applied for benefits but have not been notified of the your eligibility.)
