The County seeks a responsive and knowledgeable attorney or law firm with demonstrated expertise in local government law and the ability to deliver timely, practical solutions to complex legal issues.
Otero County is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to reconstruct a shop and office facility that was destroyed by fire and construct a new sand/equipment storage building. Addendum No. 1 Issued – Revised Exhibit D Available
Addendum No. 1 for the Otero County Road & Bridge Facilities – Post Fire Redevelopment RFP has been issued. A revised Exhibit D – Cost Proposal is also available. Respondents must acknowledge Addendum No. 1 and use the revised Exhibit D when submitting proposals.
